Today was a difficult day. Glazing is the most tedious and unwelcomed part of pottery making for me. I like the results, but I would much prefer to make the pieces all day and let someone else do the rest. But I have two kilns almost cooled and one more to load and I'll be done with all of this series. Then the throwing starts again. I have quite a list of pieces to do this week. Right now I have almost no mugs for the home studio sale. I want to have about 75-100 mugs ready. I also have to do more pie plates, butter keepers, apple bakers and goblets as well as a couple teapots. This is the weekend from hell for sure!
